How long is the order processing time?


Trendy Touch Boutique ensures a smooth experience while shopping with us. For items in stock, we ship the item in 3 working days of receiving the order, unless there is no immediate emergency imposed that might affect usual logistics, the customer should receive the same within the next 8-10 business days. Incase it’s an order that has a custom designed request, the nature of work, material availability determines the working period and the required notification and estimated delivery will be conveyed by the Trendy Touch Boutique team to the customer.


How can I place custom design orders?


For all such special orders, you may email/call us on our details provided in the Contact Us section. We will suggest designs, colours and materials based on your brief and also provide you with 2-3 design option to choose from. On selecting one and confirming order, we will notify you on the duration of work and estimated delivery timeline. We will start working on order once we have received 50% advance. The remaining 50% can be paid on receiving the shipment.


What kinds of payment methods do you accept?


We accept net banking as well as payment through all major debit/credit cards, Google Pay, Phone Pe. No Cash on Delivery available. Incase you face any difficulty in completing your transaction, do reach out to us!
