At Trendy Touch Boutique, all our products are handmade by skilled artisans, weavers, and tribal women across India. If you notice irregularity in handembroidered stitches, they're not mistakes but signs that your item is authentically handmade, not machine-made. Hence, they are non eligible for returns.

The colors you see online might differ slightly from offline due to different screen settings (like on computers, tablets, and phones). We try our best to show you real and natural pictures of our products and hence are not criteria for return.

Hand block prints and natural dyes can change a bit depending on the weather. These slight variations in prints and colors are normal, not defects and non eligible for returns.

Small differences in handloom weaving like thread pull are part of the handmade process. They show your fabric is genuinely handcrafted and are not considered defects and non eligible for returns.
- Minor weaving variations or tiny fabric holes are natural characteristics of handmade craftsmanship and should not be considered defects and non eligible for returns.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Timeline: If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it by emailing to trendytouch2016@gmail.com with your Order ID to request cancellation. We can't accept cancellations after 24 hours.

Cancellation Charges: For cancellations within 24 hours, we'll deduct 4% payment gateway charges from your order amount.

Dispatched Orders: If you cancel an order that has already been dispatched, we'll deduct shipping costs, reverse shipping charges, and payment gateway charges (4%) from your refund.

Refund Process: We will issue a refund after deducting the applicable charges, once we receive the product back in its original condition.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect.

Initiating a Return: To request a return, record an uncut video of opening the parcel within 24 hours of receipt. Email it to trendytouch2016@gmail.com or Whatsapp to +91 7674949966 with the product's name, image, and order ID.

Approval and Pickup: If your return request is approved, we'll arrange a pickup within the next 5 working days. Keep the item in its original packaging, with tags and bill, for the pickup executive. If the item is damaged, or the original packaging is missing, we cannot process a refund.

For Non-Serviceable Pin Codes: If we can't arrange a pickup, you'll need to send the product back. We'll refund the courier charges along with the order amount upon receiving the courier bill.

Receiving and Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we'll notify you within 24-48 hours. After a quality check, we'll initiate the refund as per our refund policy.
Additional Return Conditions:
· Non-Refundable Cases: Items that are damaged, used, or sent without original packaging cannot be refunded. We can return these items to you for an additional ₹125 shipping cost.
· Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts: The product is returned to us after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts to you by the courier partner.
· Wrong Shipping Address: A wrong address and contact details have been provided by you when placing the order.
· Time Constraints: Items not reported for return within 48 hours or not received within 5 days are ineligible for return.
· Quality Expectation: Our products undergo multiple quality checks. If the quality does not meet your expectations, we cannot offer a refund.

Prepaid Transaction Issues: If you make an online prepaid payment and don't receive an order confirmation, contact us before placing another order. We need to check if your initial transaction was successful.

Duplicate Orders: If you place a new order before confirming with us and it turns out to be a duplicate, we will deduct 4% from the refund amount for payment gateway charges.

At TTB, our products are highly sought after, and some may sell out quickly. However, a few are often available for pre-order basis.
